Return Policy

At fierogear.com, we do NOT accept returns on sales.

Why? We want to cater to knowledgeable and informed Fiero owners. The problem with returns is it rewards sloppy people and penalizes serious and careful buyers. It socializes the cost of needless returns due to sloppy uninformed decisions by passing along that unnecessary cost of business to everyone. Everyone pays for the waste created by those making poorly made purchasing choices.

Further many parts are custom made when ordered (headliners and spark plug wires for instance) and thus can’t just be returned to our shelf.

Fierogear.com pledges that it will send you the items you order. If there is a mistake on our part such as:

  • If we fail to send you the correct part you placed an order for (you ordered a tie rod set and we send you a brake part set), we will make things right and send you a prepaid shipping label to return the mistakenly sent parts and will ship the correct parts to you at our expense. (You agree to return the mistakenly sent part in its original saleable condition).
  • If your order is incomplete (you order 3 items and we send 2, we will make it right by sending the missing parts of your order) at our expense.

We will do our best to describe exactly what you will be getting in the product description when you place your order. However, in the event you find something to still be unclear, you will do your part by asking questions if something is unclear to you before placing your order.

All parts list their application for stock vehicles, so use that as your guide. However, the application guide operates under the assumption that your car is stock and hasn’t been altered. If a listing says application is for a 1985 V6 and you’ve installed a 3800 SC II V6 engine in place of the stock 2.8 V6, it probably won’t work and we certainly aren’t guaraneeing it will. That is your responsibility to know your own car and whether it has been altered from stock (regardless of whether you made the change to it or a previous owner or someone else did) and assume that a part sold here probably won’t work on your modified car. You need to do your own research and are ordering at your own risk that our part won’t work on your modified Fiero. Again, send us an email if you’re uncertain before ordering and we can try to help you decide whether something we sell will work for your application.
